The system is using fully automatic plc controlled closed loop pid control. Pace rate can be controlled in both loading and unloading. The pace rate can be set both as load and as strain. System is a closed loop pid controlled by usind either load values from transducer or loadcell or by using digital encoder with a sensitivity of 1 micron attached between upper and lower Platens. The digital encoder and its apparatus can be dismantled from one frame and installed to another. Up to 4 different frames of different capacities can be connected to the system. Hydraulic power pack can deliver the oil To any of the frames chosen from the software automatically. Hydraulic power pack has the rapid approachpumpas standard on it. All compression frames has an ball seating assembly of 3 degrees movement. The hardness of the compression platens are 55 Hrc. Themaximum working pressure of the system is 350 bars. Removable fiberglass front and rear doors are supplied as standart. For the load measuremet transducer is used on 300 ton compression frame. On other frames 30 ton,10 ton and 1 ton Capacity load cells are used to measure the load 300 ton compression frame is suitable for testing 10x10x10cm,15x15x15cm and 20x20x20cm cube and 10x20 cm (diaxheight) and 15x30cm (diaxheight) cylindrical samples. 30 ton compression frame is suitable for testing 4x4x4cm and 5x5x5cm cube samples. 10 ton flexure frame is suitable for testing 10x10x50cm and 15x15x65cmbeams. 1 ton flexure frame is suitable for testing 4x4x16cm beams. The software is windows based.
